Noteikumi un nosacījumi

1. Interneta veikals “Wooly Organic” ir SIA WOOLY WORLD, reģistrācijas numurs: 42103054885, juridiskā adrese Strautu iela 1/5, Liepāja, LV-3401, piederoša un uzturēta interneta vietne.

2. Intellectual property rights to www.woolyorganic.com belong to SIA WOOLY WORLD.

4. woolyorganic.com is not responsible for any losses incurred by the user as a result of using the online store www.woolyorganic.lv.

6. Klientam pirms pasūtījuma veikšanas ir jāapliecina, ka tas ir iepazinies ar šiem noteikumiem, kā arī ar Preču piegādes noteikumiem un Garantijas un atteikuma tiesībām.

10. Lai iesniegtu pasūtījumu, atbilstošās Preces jāpievieno grozam un jānospiež poga “Apstiprināt pasūtījumu”.

11. Papildus, Klientam jāievada piegādes adrese un vēlamais Preces saņemšanas veids:

1) bezmaksas saņemšana ražotnē (Liepāja, Strautu iela 1/5);

2) norādot sev vēlamo Omniva pakomātu (uz visiem Omniva punktiem Latvijā piegādes izmaksas ir EUR 2,50 pirkumiem līdz EUR 40,00 vai bezmaksas pirkumiem virs EUR 40,00);

3) norādot sev vēlamo DPD PickUp punktu (uz visiem DPD PickUp punktiem Latvijā piegādes izmaksas ir EUR 1,95 pirkumiem līdz EUR 40,00 vai bezmaksas pirkumiem virs EUR 40,00);

4) piegāde līdz norādītajai adresei (uz jebkuru adresi Latvijā piegādes izmaksas ir EUR 3,00 pirkumiem līdz EUR 40,00 vai bezmaksas pirkumiem virs EUR 40,00).

Pēc pasūtījuma apmaksas saņemšanas, pasūtījumus izsūtam 1-2 darba dienu laikā (līdz Jums sūtījums nonāks 2-3 darba dienu laikā).

13. Pirkuma apmaksa ir iespējama sekojošos norēķina veidos:

1) veicot apmaksu ar maksājuma kartēm. Klients pirms maksājuma veikšanas pārbauda, vai pasūtījumā redzamie Produkti, to daudzums un cenas atbilst viņa vēlmei.

2) veicot apmaksu ar Paypal;

14. Pēc maksājuma veikšanas, izmantojot Bankas saiti, Klientam jānoklikšķina uz pogas Atpakaļ pie tirgotāja.

15. www.woolyorganic.com sends the Customer an automatic e-mail with the Order confirmation. 16. Pasūtījums ir apmaksājams nekavējoties, pilnā apmērā. Kad ir veikts maksājums, pasūtījums tiek uzskatīts par iesniegtu un tiek veikta Preču komplektācija.
