2. Intellectual property rights to www.woolyorganic.com<\/a> belong to SIA WOOLY WORLD.<\/p>\n

3. woolyorganic.com<\/a> has the right to change the content of the website and the terms of use and they come into force upon publication.<\/p>\n

4. woolyorganic.com<\/a> is not responsible for any losses incurred by the user as a result of using the online store www.woolyorganic.lv<\/a>.<\/p>\n

5. By accessing the www.woolyorganic.com<\/a> website and using it, the user confirms that he has read its terms of use and agrees to abide by them.<\/p>\n

6. Before placing an order, the Customer must confirm that he has read these terms, as well as the Terms of delivery of the Goods and the Warranty and Right of Withdrawal.<\/p>\n

When purchasing the goods offered in the www.woolyorganic.com<\/a> online store, it is considered that such a mutual agreement is a Distance Agreement and is regulated by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulations No. 255 “Rules on distance contracts”.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2. PLACING AN ORDER<\/h2>\n\t

8. In order to make a purchase at woolyorganic.com<\/a>, the customer must place an order for the Goods.<\/p>\n

9. Both registered and unregistered users can place orders on woolyorganic.com<\/a>. If the Customer creates his\/her user account www.woolyorganic.com<\/a> (hereinafter – WOOLY account), the Customer has the opportunity to join the Online Store by logging in. In order to register an account, the Customer must fill in the relevant registration application and agree to the Terms of Use.<\/p>\n

10. In order to place an order, the corresponding Goods must be added to the shopping cart and the “Confirm order” button must be pressed.<\/p>\n

11. In addition, the Customer must enter the delivery address and the desired way of receiving the Goods:<\/p>\n

1) free pick-up at the factory (Liepaja, Strautu iela 1\/5);<\/p>\n

2) by indicating the preferred Omniva parcel machine (to all Omniva points in Latvia the delivery cost is EUR 2.50 for purchases up to EUR 40.00 or free for purchases over EUR 40.00);<\/p>\n

3) indicating the DPD parcel terminal in Baltic States (for all DPD points in Baltic States delivery costs are EUR 3,00 for purchases up to EUR 40.00 or free purchases over EUR 40.00);<\/p>\n

4) door delivery to the specified address (to any address in EU delivery costs are EUR 12.00 for purchases up to EUR 80.00 or free purchases over EUR 80.00)<\/p>\n

After receiving the order payment, we will send the orders within 1-2 working days (until the shipment reaches you within 3-5 working days).<\/p>\n

12. www.woolyorganic.com<\/a> is not responsible for any losses or other consequences arising from incorrect data specified by the Customer in the order.<\/p>\n

13. Purchase payment is possible in the following payment methods:<\/p>\n

1) when paying with payment cards. Before making a payment, the Customer checks whether the Products shown in the order, their quantity and prices correspond to his wishes.<\/p>\n

2) when paying with Paypal;<\/p>\n

14. After making the payment using the Bank’s link, the Customer must click the Back to Merchant button.<\/p>\n

15. www.woolyorganic.com<\/a> sends the Customer an automatic e-mail with the Order confirmation. If the Customer notices any errors in the order confirmation message (unwanted goods, quantities, etc.), the Customer must immediately contact www.woolyorganic.com<\/a> customer support by phone + 371 25744688<\/a> or by e-mail: warehouse@woolyorganic.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

16. The order is payable immediately, in full. Once the payment has been made, the order is considered submitted and the Goods are assembled.<\/p>\n

17. In case, after placing the order, woolyorganic.com<\/a> cannot deliver the ordered product or the desired quantity, www.woolyorganic.com<\/a> is entitled to exchange the product for an equivalent one in consultation with the Customer.<\/p>\n

18. 27. All prices are in euros with VAT. The price does not include delivery costs.<\/p>\n

5. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER OR TERMINATION OF THE DISTANCE AGREEMENT<\/h2>\n\t
