Terms and Conditions

1. General agreement

„Wooly World” Ltd., hereafter called WOOLY, provides the available content on www.woolyorganic.com, hereafter called Webpage, and renders service under the terms of payment, delivery and in compliance with terms and conditions of returning the purchase that can be found in Webpage. By using the Webpage customers confirm that they have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms. If a customer purchases toys, clothing and textile, hereafter called Goods, offered in WOOLY Webpage, via Internet then such a mutual agreement is considered as a Distance contract and it is subject to the regulations on Distance contract, including, but not limited to European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/EEC on the protection of customers in respect of distance contracts, “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of Republic of Latvia, and “Regulations regarding Distance Contracts” issued by The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia.

2. Privacy and security policy

WOOLY sincerely respects and cares about its customers and therefore ensures the highest security level according to European Parliament and Council Directive 95/46EEC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free movement of such data, and in accordance to “Personal Data Protection Law” of Republic of Latvia. The Webpage is a secure web site. Exchange of any information is secure, provided that all internet using requirements are met. Customers are able to register, order goods, make requests and to enlist themselves for receiving information on news, sales, etc. WOOLY never requests and processes sensitive personal data. WOOLY never collects and stores information regarding debit cards and credit cards. If an account is created on Webpage, WOOLY collects only an information concerning purchase bill and delivery: customer’s name, address, e-mail, phone no. WOOLY uses the information provided by customers to identify them, as well as in situations when communication has legal request, i.e., when the law stipulates that personal data is to be provided to government and municipal institutions. WOOLY has the rights to give customer’s information to a third person (e.g. courier service) only concerning the details necessary for the delivery of the Goods. Customers’ personal information helps to inform them about new offers, sales and other activities related to the WOOLY marketing. WOOLY takes all necessary Webpage maintenance and development measures concerning customer’s personal information security, in order to protect it against theft, loss, misuse, unauthorized access, exposure, modification and corruption. Although we do everything to ensure your privacy, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. That’s why we would like to inform you that there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control. Every customer account has a username and password. WOOLY recommends to store this information safely and to avoid using automatic logon information in order to prevent other persons accessing your data. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology, which is used by vendors to ensure the security of online business. It negotiates and employs the essential functions of mutual authentication, data encryption and data integrity for secure transactions. Webpage may contain links to our collaboration partners (trading places, ads of associated products a.o.). If a customer visits any site of our collaboration partners WOOLY recommends familiarizing with the terms of a specific site before entering any personal information. WOOLY is not responsible for the contents of third party webpages.

3. Intellectual property

All rights reserved by Wooly World LTD. All information and content available on Webpage, including but not limited to, trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphic signs, button icons, pictures, data summary and software, its summary and layout (together called Content), is the property of WOOLY and is protected by laws of The Republic of Latvia and other international laws on protection of intellectual property, including regulations on the use of copyright and trademarks. The use of our trademarks, irrespective of purpose, is forbidden without written permission.

4. Colours

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Goods shown on the Webpage. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor/device settings, we can not guarantee the 100% color matching with the actual Goods.

5. Price policy

All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) currency. All prices includes VAT21% and will be based on the country the order will be shipped to. Please note that all prices and product information on the Webpage are subject to change.

6. Ordering and Payment

After you chose the Goods you would like to buy and click „Add To Cart”, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express card payments 24/7. If you want to make any changes in your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail info@woolyorganic.com or call to +371 25744688. There might be some cases where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

7. Availability of the Goods

The product range is available and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site and in stock. Indications on the availability are provided during the ordering process. Errors or modifications may occasionally occur in exceptional circumstances and the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible to fullfil the order in the best possible time and way.

8. Delivery procedure

We are happy to offer you Shipping by Latvian Post service and Omniva LTD Parcel terminal services. Orders will be shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays, except the national holidays (please, note that we currently do not offer the possibility to collect the orders yourself), Your order will be shipped via the shipping method You have chosen during the check out process. The place of the delivery is deemed to be the address that the costumer indicates to WOOLY. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot take the responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Depending on the delivery address the order can be subject to extra shipping costs that will be explicitly indicated before payment confirmation and will be included in total cost.

9. Return of the Goods terms

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have an opportunity to change it within 14 days after receiving the product without any additional charges. WOOLY accepts to change the goods if it is returned unpacked, with all labels, clean, neat, not damaged and with the original packaging. In case you want to change the ordered goods, please, add the receipt or bill and a letter, where you have indicated your name, last name, and the reason why you want to return the particular item. Please mention also if you would like to receive another item to replace the returned one or to return your money. Please send the goods for change and return to: Wooly World LTD, 49 Liela street, apt. 17, Marupe, LV-2167. We will contact you to solve the problem ASAP!

10. Agreement to receive news in e-mail

By agreeing to Terms customer agrees to receive notifications, agreements, order details and other news from WOOLY via e-mail or conventional mail. Customer chooses whether to receive optional marketing information from Webpage, excluding cases when WOOLY informs customers about campaigns regarding all Goods offered on Webpage. All WOOLY customers have right to refuse to receive marketing information by sending an e-mail to info@woolyorganic.com with ”UNSUBSCRIBE” in subject.

11. General terms

WOOLY may periodically update and renew these Terms and Conditions. Any changes made will be posted here. By visiting and continuing to use the Webpage you agree to accept any changes made to these Terms. Feel free to contact us with any questions. This Privacy Policy was updated on 10th October, 2016. Any changes made in Terms come into effect from the moment they are published. A satisfied customer is our greatest value.
